BAKED POTATOES with Australian Native Foods.

So easy to make, fast food, baked potatoes.

Wash, dry and cut large potatoes in half for quicker baking time.  I normally take out any damaged parts and definitely leave the skin on for extra nourishment.

Pop them in the oven and bake until soft in the middle. Normally around 30 minutes.

Meanwhile:

Shred 1 large carrot, 1/2 a beetroot, 1 large zucchini and a mix of red and white cabbage.  (Alternatively you can buy coleslaw already made up).

Smash 1 large avocado and flavour with a pinch of NATIF Saltbush and Pepperleaf.

Chop up some spring onions (or you could use red onions)

Serve with a dollop of butter, sour cream or Cashew cream if Vegan.

Garnish with NATIF Sea Parsley.

You can take any left overs to work the next day.
