NATIVE HERB and SPICE DRESSING FOR SALADS

I always end up using this native herb and spice combination for dressing my salads.

This salad is Moroccan inspired to go along side a slow cooked Moroccan Tagine.

INGREDIENTS for salad

Kalamata olives cut in half

Ripe red tomatoes diced

Red onion diced

1 can on Chick Peas

2 Ripe figs (in season now)

1/2 bunch of parsley

METHOD

Mix together in a bowl combining all ingredients with the salad dressing below:

NATIF Saltbush

NATIF Mountain Pepperleaf

NATIF Sea Parsley

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Option: Add some balsamic vinegar or glaze.

Option: Change it up sometimes adding NATIF Desert Lime Powder, Rivermint or Aniseed Myrtle
