Kakadu Plum grows in the Kimberley and Northern Territory of Australia and Queensland.  It has many other names like gubinge and bush plum, billygoat plum and salty plum.  It looks like an olive and has a central wooden stone.  The Aboriginal people have been using this fruit for thousands of years as a vital source of nutrients and bush medicine to treat skin sores and other skin conditions or it was drunk as a tea for colds and flu.
