Wattleseed Flour Blend - All purpose

We have created these new products to make things more simple and easier for you to use native ingredients in your kitchen and culinary creations.

Ingredients in our seasoning come from Tasmania to Western Australia - giving you a true diverse taste of the South.  Our blend is freshly made in smaller batches to retain freshness, flavour and aroma.  We use it everyday on everything.

Just like having an Italian, Mexican, Mooroccan or some other global seasoning, we now have created an Australian all purpose seasoning.

Just add the seasoning blend to everything from salads to meats, veggies and anything else you would use an all purpose seasoning blend for.

The Wattleseed flour blend has Certified Organic stone milled flour from Victoria blended with our Wattleseed spice to add some mild Wattleseed flavours and nutrition to anything you use plain flour for.  

I love making pancakes and pizza bases with it.  You can also add some raising agents like Bicarb soda for a self-raising flour alternative.

We are slowly adding some new products to our NATIF range to encourage you to use native ingredients as part of a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle.
