This Australian Native Bee Honey is one of the rarest honeys in the world, unadulterated and with health benefits.

Native Bee Honey is gently cold extracted and has a distinct flavour, texture and is sweet and tangy with eucalyptus and lemon notes.

The native bees that produce this sugar bag honey fly around the World Heritage listed Glass House Mountains on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

A cloudy appearance in the honey is a very good sign, meaning there is a high Propolis content producing high antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Australian native bees have been around since the dinosaurs roamed this vast land.  They were the our first pollinators, but they are also a threatened species.

First People's of Australia used native bee honey as food and medicine for thousands of years.

The Peppermint Gum grows in the woodlands and forests of South Eastern Australia. The essential oils in the leaves smell like Peppermint and Eucalyptus gum and tastes slightly minty.

• Use the milled spice to flavour deserts, fruit dishes and tarts, add to marinades, baking, sauces, teas and other beverages.

Aniseed Myrtle is a rainforest tree growing in some areas of North Eastern NSW Australia. The leaves are crushed releasing an aniseed (or liquorice) aroma.

• Can be used in: marinades and rubs for meat and vegetarian dishes, seafood, raw food dishes, salads, soups, pasta, stews and salad dressings or just as you would any other herb or spice.
• Add to jams, pizza, syrups, teas, pickles, sweets, butters, cakes, sauces and icecreams/icypoles. Makes great tea too.

Lemon Myrtle Tea

Lemon Myrtle grows in the wet coastal areas of Northern NSW and Southern QLD Australia. It contains high amounts of citral, which accounts for the amazing citrus notes similar to lemon grass.

• Add 1/4-1/2 tsp to: jams, pizza, fish and chips, salt & pepper mix for calamari rings & chicken, syrups, teas, pickles, sweets, butters, cakes, sauces and icecreams/icypoles.
